We select our artists and their art works as well. Moreover, we also keep a check that the art piece is authentic and not questionable.

All paintings and artwork come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. In case of any authenticity issue, client will directly counter the artist. Client will be provided the details of the artist.

We also arrange commissioned art work. Feel free to talk to us if your desired painting is unavailable or if you want to commission a work.

Not always, sometimes they have been sold and also indicated as sold on the page but we will not disappoint you and will help to commission the same work for you.

Use the heart button available on every art work picture to add it in your favourites. This feature will enable you to shortlist what you actually want. To see the shortlisted products, click on the heart icon on main menu and it will drive you to your saved items. For saving your favourite items list, we recommend you to make an account.

To buy an artwork, you have to click on the button “Acquire this artwork” which is found on all artwork pages. You will then be redirected to your Cart. Once you have clicked ‘Proceed’, we will ask for your details to organise delivery, and then ask you to choose your method of payment (Credit  or debit card, Paypal,). Once the details have been processed, you will receive confirmation from our payment processor that your order is now under process. We will then confirm your order within 24-48 hours after checking availability and any technical issues and then you will receive a final confirmation email of your order and that your payment has been received.

We are really sorry to say that we don’t offer payments in instalments.

The selected artwork is reserved for you once the payment has been processed. We will inform you within 48 hours to confirm its availability and expected delivery time (delivery takes approximately 3-4 weeks). Together we will arrange the best day for delivery to the address you provided.

When you make an online payment to Art Tales, we will receive pre-validation from your bank which confirms that the money is available in your account. Within 48 hours, when the availability of your selected art piece will be confirmed, your card will be charged in that very moment and you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details. Banks generally hold this money in your account to release after final confirmation, until the final part of the payment process, but rules vary. Check with your bank to find out more.

Of course. Before the work has been initiated, you can cancel your order by email. Once it’s been started, Of course, within in 48 hours or before you receive a final confirmation email which will possibly come within 48 hours, you can cancel your order via email. We are sorry to say that we will not be able to cancel your order after 48 hours. You will be refunded the deducted cost.

Arts Tales ensures, guarantee and takes the responsibility of providing its valued customers with only original art pieces from artists. You will receive a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENCITY with your painting.


Returns are to be made within 14 days after you receive the painting and in case you receive a damaged painting. We take every care to ensure proper packaging and safe delivery as all our paintings are shipped fully insured. If you receive an item damaged during transit, please notify us immediately and send us a photo and a short video of unpacking to claim a full refund. According to the extent of the damage, we can either repair the work, or you can return it and you will be refunded. Art Tales covers the costs of repair and transport in case of damage during delivery.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or our compensation gift, you can have a full refund once the package is received to us in its original packaging, label and condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Mentioning CHANGE OF MIND does not come under this service and only serious concerns will be entertained.

You will be refunded after the work has been returned to the ART TALES.
