SHIPPING
We are using DHL, FedEx, and ups as our shipping partners. Shipping costs include costs of shipping materials, cost of shipment, and insurance for items. Our shipment and delivery time is 3-4 weeks from the date of confirmed order to delivery at your doorstep. We will let you know and provide you with a tracking id to keep a check on when your item has been shipped and at which phase of shipment it is. Let us know if you need your order to be shipped faster so that we can check the available options and adjust the shipping price.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for any added custom fees or international tax out of the USA.
LOCAL PICKUP
We gladly offer a local pickup and drop-off if you live within the premises of Fort Bend County, Texas. Feel free to contact me ahead of time if you think you will need any shipping modification as I will refund you any shipping overages in case of local pick-up/drop-off.
HANDLING & RESPONSIBILITY
Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do to control the time it takes to arrive or the state in which it arrives. We do everything in our power to make sure your item is securely packaged in many layers of protection; however, we cannot be held responsible for how the shipping service treats the package. This is why every purchase comes with full shipping insurance If there is any issue or the package comes damaged please contact us RIGHT AWAY via call and in writing as well so we can get it resolved for you. Capture picture and record unpacking video so that it remains as proof of how the shipment has been received.
Packing of the artwork
Art pieces will be securely packed by the artists in a standardized packaging process. We will ensure the package is shipped properly and protected.
What takes 3-4 weeks in the shipping and delivery
Depending on the artist’s availability, the potential framing of work and the distance between the artist’s studio and your home, and unexpected circumstances are a few reasons that take this amount of time. Whatever happens, we will keep you updated.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We are currently delivering in USA and Canada only. Any concerns? Do not hesitate to contact us, as we will be able to find a solution for delivery – even if you live on a desert island!
Is the delivery of the artwork insured?
Absolutely! ART TALES organizes and ensures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.
If I buy several artworks, will they be delivered at the same time?
Each work is shipped by the artist. So if the two works are by the same artist, they may be delivered at the same time or may take some more time (under normal circumstances).
If they are by different artists, the delivery dates will be different.
However, if you have an issue and need them to arrive in the same place at the same time, let us know and we will arrange delivery accordingly.
Can I get artwork delivered to a different country or to a different person?
We will deliver to the address you gave on your order within USA and CANADA. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it’s a surprise or a present, let us know.
